For the last 12 years I have been coaching and helping people realise theirpotential and reach towards their dreams.
One incredibly powerful tool is hypnotherapy.  Hypnotherapy is useful in helping someone break through their old thought patterns and create better ones more suited to what they want to achieve.
Often we go through life mostly on automatic pilot. We keep doing what we know without questioning it too much.  If you do the same thing, you get the same results.  So if you want better results, then maybe something has to change.
Hypnotherapy is a great way to suggest to the subconscious mind positive, powerful suggestions that line up with your values and your desired outcome.
Hypnotherapy can be useful for many things including sleep issues, anxiety, weight issues, smoking, fears, phobias, self-limiting beliefs, low self-esteem, procrastination and much more.
Hypnotherapy works on the subconscious mind. After an initial interview and finding out exactly what the issue is, a hypnotherapist can formulate and deliver powerful suggestions to the subconscious mind that can help the person to change their habit.  Hypnotherapy is safe and the mind is aware of all that is being said and even though the client is in a trance, the mind actively filters through all incoming information, making it a very safe process. The mind will only accept what it wants to. The mind is always in control.
