MOTV8N to succeed – Winter Blues

Well winter is well and truly here. The cold and wet weather can make us feel glum sometimes. Some days it can be hard to be motivated when it is pouring down outside and blowing a gale.
Winter can be a great time for reflection. A time to stop and think about where we are at the moment. We are half way through the year. How has the first half gone for you?
Winter months can be used to plant seeds for the coming spring and summer. Have a think about what you might like to achieve for the rest of the year. It is never to late to put a goal in motion.
If you could be doing anything, what would it be?
What would be a goal you would love to achieve in the next 6 months? What is the reality of you achieving that goal? Brainstorm with out thinking too hard about it, at least ten things you could do to move yourself forward towards your goal. Write them down and only when you have finished go through and think about each one. One will stand out as a way forward. Pick one and make a start to achieving what you want to. Make yourself more accountable by putting a time frame on achieving this goal, tell some support people around you, so they too can keep you accountable and give support if you lack motivation at times.
Good Luck
