It is with a heavy heart that I have to advise that ARTS in the VILLE 2021 will not be going ahead. We have waited as long as practicably possible before making this decision but with all the restrictions still in place and not looking particularly positive for the next 2 weeks, we have decided to cancel this year’s event.
