SUMMARY:Helensville Primary School High Tea
DESCRIPTION:It’s the second year the Home and School committee has held this event and this year we’re very pleased to announce that\nThe Hunting Lodge\, ECE Astute Accounting and Harney and Sons\, Tea Merchant Specialists\, are our co sponsors.\nThe Hunting lodge\, formally Matua Winery\, has just recently completed the refurbishment of their barn and we are extremely lucky for the event to be held at such an exquisite location and stunning facility. They are open for weddings\, business conferences and parties of all shape and sizes and now their cellar door offers coffee\, platters and cabinet food as well as wine tasting. Beautiful addition to our community.\nFelicity Smith\, a local who is incredibly passionate about education and is a previous member of the Helensville Home and School committee\, has also come to the party with support through her business ECE Astute Accounting. Her husband is also a teacher aide at the school\, Paul Smith.\nFor the second year Harney and Sons in Kumeu are providing a fragrant choice of teas including popular flavours Hot Cinnamon Spice\, Paris\, Peppermint\, and of course English Breakfast and Earl Grey. Proudly making tea an everyday luxury item.\nAs well as our usual array of scrumptious treats we are lucky to have a wonderful selection of local businesses supporting our silent auctions too.\nFellow parent and owner of local business Liberty Brewing\, Christina Wood\, will be our MC for the afternoon.\nShe is familiar with promoting her and her husbands award winning craft beer and will be an asset in making the event a fun and memorable occasion.\nTickets go on sale in the month of June and can be bought from the school office for $35. Raising money for a senior playground.\nThe buzz is already circulating so don’t leave it to the last minute\, you just might miss out. No door sales.\nIf you need any other info feel free to ring 420 8005 or email homeandschool@helensville.school.nz \n
