DESCRIPTION:This seminar brings together two key areas of interest and concern for people in the community sector. Wellness has increasingly become a significant challenge for people who experience the pressures of unsustainable demands and challenges in this sector. For years we focused on how to deal with stress but the growing awareness now is the importance of understanding and knowing how to develop and sustain wellness in our lives and in the way we work\, and how critical it is that we model this in our leadership with others.\nHilary has been leading wellness workshops for eight years now and continues to develop and draw on tools\, frameworks and her experience in supporting wellness and leadership.\nPresented by Hilary Star-Foged - LEAD NFP Management \n
