Gates open 12 pm. There is an easy 10-minute walk through the gardens to the performance area\, so we recommend getting here early. These portfolios achieved Excellence in a Visual Arts subject at NCEA Level 3 in 2015.\nTop Art is an opportunity for members of the public to come and see the high quality of art being created in schools.
