Garden planning and maintenance

If you would like to know more about how to plan and maintain a garden to best suit your needs, David Bayly, our resident expert, will in this straightforward presentation be explaining the basics of how you can achieve this.
Items he’ll be covering will include:
  • Garden layouts &planting strategies
  • Soil types and drainage
  • Best plants for various environs
  • Wildlife friendly planting
  • The gardening calendar
  • Pest resistant options and pest control
Afterwards you will also be able to stroll around the beautiful 1km nature trail that has over 40 marvellous new sculptures created for our 2019 exhibition by local and international artists on display.*
We also have our cute little coffee shop on site plus of course the plant centre for you to browse through.
