Celebrating Diversity in the November Exhibition at the Art Centre
This exhibition is aimed at celebrating the artistic giftings of those considered as having disabilities, be it mental health issues, physical or intellectual difficulties. There will also be a tactile art exhibition designed to be accessible to kids who can’t help but touch things and also accessible to the blind and visually impaired. Vision impaired Rachael Clarke stands next to one of her works from a previous exhibition. Sandy Sturgess does delightful colouring, which look beautiful when framed. Fantastic Mr. Fox by Vicki Pratt was the people’s choice winner in a previous exhibition. Ian Sangster holds up one of his paintings.
The exhibition, which is held in the Helensville Art Centre, runs from November 3rd - 24thCelebrating Diversity in the November Exhibition at the Art Centre
