Helensville Library services for vulnerable or homebound customers

Our service caters to people who are unable to visit a library due to mobility, access, or other circumstances. Volunteers and library staff collect and delivery library items direct to customers.
If you or one of your whanau need this service, we are here to help. We can put together packs to pick up quickly from the front door, or the desk. You can go online and fill out the Ready-to-Go reads form on the Auckland Libraries website, or contact us directly via the options below.
Customer feedback:
“Thank you for being so amazing - Lucy’s mind was blown when we walked in and you said her name, Emma’s been poring over the bad animals one and read it cover to cover thank you!”
“Thank you for the great bag of books. We are so happy with them”
If you are happy to request your own books, and then have them delivered, then let us know. Or if you would like some reading recommendations – either in print, or eBooks – our team at My Librarians are ready to help you! They spend time searching for the best items to fill your reading needs, and email a list for you to choose from.
