Here, in “The Lions Roar”, we will keep you up to date with activities of The Lions Club of Helensville.
We hope you are enjoying the Exercise Trail and Walkway at Rautawhiri Park and the Riverside Walkway, where we have recently planted hundreds of trees and shrubs.
Our International Lions Foundation are sending aid to the stricken people following Hurricane Dorian - we contribute to that Fund.
We have paid for a Defibrilator to be installed outside the Tennis Club, Rautiwhiri Park.
We hope you visited our table at the recent Tennis Club Open Day and on October 12th you can also learn more about Lions at our Spring Fair in the Community Hall. Look out for the posters to see the many activities you can enjoy.
We continue to attend the monthly Kaukapakapa Market, with our BBQ Trailer and Book sales.
