The Title for our Club designs this month was ‘WILD WINTRY WINDS’ Our Hostesses’ for the day were Jenny Holst and Gaylene Elis.
Our meeting day was Thursday May 17th, we had 8 members competing and our Judge was Maria Jonkas, from Hibiscus Coast Floral Art Club
Again our members excelled in the floral work they constructed, and I must say our newer members are settling in very well and got great comments and marks from the Judge for their designs.
After lunch we visited a local garden (and Artist) we had a wander around, then viewed some beautiful paintings from the Artist’s studio. Stunning!!
If you are interested in joining our Club, we meet every Third Thursday of the month from March to December, at the Kowhai Street Hall. 10.00 am sharp.
