Santa needs help

Our much-admired Santa’s sleigh was constructed integrally fitted to a trailer. The trailer came to the end of its life at the 2017 parade. We need some ideas and skills, plus funds, to recreate the overall sleigh. There are numerous photos of it at its best. The actual sleigh is currently dismantled into flat pack format. Storage is also needed.
