Our thoughts and prayers this New Year, have been with Australia and their terrible fires. Our Lions International Foundation (to which we contribute)have already donated US$100,000 to assist with immediate needs and long term rebuilding. Lions Clubs in those States affected, are working alongside the Government, to offer aid and comfort.
This month we are supporting Creative Workshops for Kids over the summer holidays; and donating to the Well Foundation towards a baby unit at Waitakere Hospital and Diagnostic Breast Service at North Shore.
