Upcoming theme storytime:
Every once and a while, we like to base a storytime session around a specific theme and finish with a take-home craft activity. On Tuesday 9 August, 10.30am-11am, we’re going Bananas!
Regular events at Helensville Library:
Wriggle and Rhyme for 0-2 years, Thursdays, 10.30am-11am
A 30 minute parent and baby session to help build the foundations for learning, moving, and communicating through song and play.
Storytime for under 6s
Tuesdays, 10.30am-11am
Songs, stories and dance for under-6s. Children and encouraged to join in as we sing, dance, and have fun.
Homeschoolers drop in
Tuesdays, 11.30am-12.30pm
Homeschooling parents and children are welcome to drop in and spend some time getting to know the library and library staff. We can help find resources to support your learning. Email us for more details: helenlib@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz
