This exciting period in South Kaipara history is portrayed (in part) by mural artist Stephen Templer of Kumeu. Situated on Progressive Buildings and best seen from the Woolworths carpark, benefactors Grev and Maureen Walker firmly believe the mural reflects the optimism and industry which grew Helensville, Kaukapakapa, Parakai and South Head
