Entry forms from helchristfest@gmail.com or Helensville Copy and Print. Entries to be outside the Helensville Library (courtyard) by 11am for judging. You may decorate your bike in the courtyard. Older children may ride their decorated bike in the parade (joining in from the courtyard).
