The 2025 Business Awards are open this month and we expect the biggest year to date. Now run every two years, the North West Country business awards give every business a chance to be recognized for their achievements.
These business awards are a favourite for businesses as our entry documentation is simplified and easier to complete than Auckland-wide competitions. From 15th July members of the North West Country business association can register their interest to enter the awards. Once nominations have been received, all businesses will be contacted with the application information.
Businesses will have a chance to get a mystery shopper through this experience, which is a great way to have an independent assessment of your levels of service.
Entering the awards isn’t about celebrating those that have the best financials, it’s about knowing your customers, knowing your business, and seeing how well you can overcome obstacles.

Head to the North West Country website after 15th July to register your interest. As part of the programme, North West Country will advertise entrants, finalists, and winners as part of a 12 week marketing programme so even if you don’t take home a trophy your business is a winner.
