Te Poari o Kaipâtiki ki Kaipara (formally the Parakai Recreation Reserve Board), comprised of members from Ngâti Whâtua o Kaipara and Auckland Council, has prepared a draft management plan for Kaipâtiki (Parakai Recreation Reserve), which sets out how the reserve will be managed in the future.
You can view the draft management plan and supporting information online at www.shapeauckland.co.nz from 1 May and in hard copy at Auckland Council’s Customer Service Centres at Helensville and Huapai, Auckland Council’s libraries at Helensville and Kumeu and the Ngâ Maunga Whakahii o Kaipara / Heartlands office at 16 Commercial Road, Helensville.
The Board welcomes your written comments on the draft plan and also offers you the opportunity to be heard in support of your submission at a hearing that will be held in late July. Submissions must be received by 4.00pm on Friday 23 June 2017.
