Engineer Andrew Denton just loves to up-cycle junk into pieces of art and has been creating this fish for the current Art Kaipara Members Exhibition at the Art Centre in Helensville. Denton says “strange new creatures from the deep are being discovered every day” so come along and make your own discoveries within this fascinating work. The Art Centre, in the Basement of the Helensville War Memorial Hall, is open Tuesday-Friday 10-4.30 and Saturday 10-2. Exhibition runs until April 29th.
