Helensville Heritage Festival 2025

2025 marks the 150 year anniversary of railways to historic Helensville. Celebrate this milestone at the Te Awaroa/ Helensville Heritage Festival, with steam train rides, twilight cemetery tours, antique markets, classic games and sports, and guided tours of our famous heritage buildings with access to Parakai hot springs. Te Awaroa and Helensville Railway Museums will both be open with lots of displays and information about the area including sports history, memorabilia, model trains and railwayana. Walk through town or get on the shuttle and see our beautifully restored heritage buildings.
