We would like to apologise for a small mix-up in our recent submission.
In June, we sent through our regular Business North West update, but unfortunately attached the June 2025 edition in error. We understand this may have caused some confusion for readers, and we sincerely apologise for that.
We would also like to take this opportunity to clarify our position regarding upcoming community events. Due to significant budget pressures and the need to make some tough decisions, the Business North West is not able to fund Christmas parades in 2026.
That said, we are very pleased to hear that the Helensville Christmas Parade has secured a sponsor – this is wonderful news for the community. We have also submitted funding requests to the Rodney Local Board to support each parade, and we hope these applications will be successful.
We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support, and we remain committed to supporting our local business community in every way we can.
