Cash and Carry 27 November - 21 December
Dates are 27th November – 21st December. Opening event is our ‘Christmas Shindig’ at the Art Centre we welcome everyone to come and celebrate the year ending with us in lively spirits! Shindig will be Friday 6th December 5-7pm. We will have arts and crafts for kids and a Christmas movie and popcorn in our workshop, bbq and celebrating of artwork in the main gallery. All welcome we hope to see you there!

Christmas holiday workshop in January with local artist Rachel Murphy. January 29th and 30th 9:30-1:30 at the Art Centre, $130 includes all materials, for booking and payment details email Rachel at rachelkmurphy@gmail.com.
Each Friday in December we are having ‘Free Friday Create’ afternoon for kids (kids must be supervised by an adult) 3-4pm on the 6th, 13th and 20th December. Materials provided so pop on down to the Art Centre and join in the festive fun!

Colourful painter Kevin Widdowson
Helensville Art Centre hosted a joyously colourful exhibition by local artist Kevin Widdowson during November.
Kevin’s spontaneous use of colour and form has already had a wonderful reception from those who have had a ‘sneak preview’. His work hung in the Art Centre’s Library Room, in the basement to the rear of the War Memorial Hall, 49 Commercial Road.
