Exhibition August ‘3 for ALL’ where any item in any media could be exhibited for just $3 an item. Come along and enjoy the diversity of this exhibition. Previous exhibitions have seen funky clothing from Kim Nesbit, Mosquitoes from Andrew Denton, Reg Laurie with his Industrial Ruins to name but a few.
Workshops Mixed Media Painting for Adults with Jo Bain.
Jo’s workshops have proven popular in the past as she has an ability to draw out the inner artist in people who may not feel particularly gifted as artists. Sat 18th August 10.30-12.30 $20
Participants will create a textured surface with collage, layering this with paint and other mediums such as shellac/ink/pastel to finish a painting in the workshop. Learn the delights of working with different surfaces to paint on, giving in a rich in depth quality.
Natural and man-made fibers’ brought by tutor but feel free to collect your own to bring on the day.
Mixed Media for Kids will run 10.30-12.30 on Saturday 1st September and follow the same format.
