Antenatal Course

Saturday, 3 September, Antenatal Course, 9-12pm. New course for expectant parents in the South Kaipara area. Run over three consecutive Saturday mornings at Te Whare Oranga ô Parakai, 2/11 Parakai Ave, covering everything from how to have a healthy pregnancy and finding an LMC, to pain relief in labour, and your first few days with baby.
