Parenting Through Separation
How to help your kids when you separate. Separating from your partner or spouse is usually stressful, but the effects of this can be minimised for your children. This free, four-hour course provides a wealth of information and well-proven ideas that will benefit you and your children. Mixed Media with Jo Bain – Workshop
Painting on found objects Paint on driftwood, a box, a cross or anything you find interesting. You can paint that old cool statue that needs a new life. Jo will bring a box of finds for a project for everyone but wants each person to bring 1 item in they are interested in painting. You will never look at stuff the same again. Materials included.

Antenatal Course
Free antenatal course for expectant parents run by the Helensville Birthing Centre, covering how to keep healthy during pregnancy, to pain relief options in labour, and what happens when baby is finally here.
