Healthy Living Course
A free course, that runs for 2 1/2 hours each Friday morning for the six weeks. Topics include dealing with the ups and downs of a physical or mental health condition, relaxation techniques, communication with family and others, dealing with difficult emotions, and tips for eating well and getting a good night’s sleep. Helensville Christmas Festival
Another great family fun day is planned for Saturday 3rd December. From 9.30am a bouncy castle and face painter in Creek Lane will please children, whilst various entertainers will perform.
