Registrations for this year’s Te Ara Poutama – Level Up programme for 5 to 18 year-olds open on Monday 12 December.
The programme runs until Friday 20 January. Keep an eye out on our Facebook page and at: aucklandlibraries.govt.nz.
Santa at the library:
Santa will be making his annual visit to Helensville Library and Service Centre in December. We are talking to his elves to work out the best day for him to visit on Wednesday 21 December.
Kids Time at 10am. All welcome to storytime and to take photos with Santa afterwards.
Out and About at Kaukapakapa:
The Auckland Library Mobile Library team now have a regular stop at Kaukapakapa.
This is fortnightly, on a Thursday, from 2pm to 4pm. The dates in December are: 8 December and 22 December. Come and visit them in the carpark at the back of the hall.
The Library and Service Centre is open our usual hours: Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 5pm. Saturday: 9.30am to 4pm. Council services are available during these hours.
Hall building work update:
The remedial building work in the Library area of the building has been delayed. If there are any changes to our opening hours and availability, we will be updating our Facebook page. facebook.com/HelensvilleLibraryAndServiceCentre.
