Christina Norton from South Head was regularly doing beach clean ups with her friends. Because of the huge mass of rubbish Christina decided to create a Facebook page to help encourage others to stop littering and help keep our beaches clean by creating events for people to meet up, do their bit and clean the beach Saturday 15th January was the groups official cleanup day, “It was a stunning day! I met lots of amazing people, we filled 2 trailers and a Ute then had a BBQ and went for a swim. We had locals from South head / Whangaparoa and even as far as One Tree Hill!!”
